Southern Aggregate Services

Southern Aggregate Transport Services is a totally independent job-creating enterprise designed to facilitate the Lake Point mine by providing heavy materials transport services. South Florida faces a challenging shortage in heavy materials hauling services and changes in USDOT and EPA requirements have rendered most of the trucks in the aging independent trucking fleet non-compliant. SATS created a centralized, expertly managed transportation solution for the Lake Point Project, offering customers materials delivery via a new, fully compliant trucking fleet.

The AVSRC team worked with the SATS management team to raise a total of $6 Million investment from 12 EB-5 investors and create over 130 jobs.
