Learn About The Program
The Immigrant Investor Program, most commonly known as the EB-5 Visa Program, was developed by Congress in order to stimulate the American economy via job creation and capital investment by foreign investors.
The EB-5 immigrant investor program allows foreign entrepreneurs, along with their spouses and unmarried children under the age of 21, to apply for permanent residence in the United States. By investing U.S. $900,000 in a federally-defined Targeted Employment Area (TEA) or rural zone in a USCIS-approved EB-5 project, investors whose capital creates at least 10 new U.S. jobs can get green cards for themselves and their families, and U.S. citizenship if they desire 5 years later.

THE PROGRAM
The EB-5 visa category was created to allow foreign investors to obtain U.S. Permanent Residency by investing in a US business enterprise and creating new U.S. jobs. The applicant's investment must generate at least 10 new full-time jobs over a two-year period.

Loan based EB-5 offering investors the opportunity to partner with leading U.S. multifamily group, receiving small annual interest payments on a 7-year loan with fixed and transparent exit policy.
After the job creation has been completed and the I-829 Petition is approved, EB-5 investors and their families can permanently live and work in the United States.
Investors must prove legal source of funds such as salaries, business profits, trading in real estate, stocks, shares, inheritance, gifts
